08-03-2010 Lake Oahe Fishing Report, Mobridge, SD
by chamber2387 ~ August 3, 2010
Fishing around Mobridge is great right now. It seems like we are a whole month and a half behind schedule compared to years past. The water temp has finally crested 70 degrees and anglers are having great luck on Lake Oahe. The best presentations right now are bottom bouncers with a 3-4 foot snell, tipped with a half of a crawler. Chartruse bead on the leader also seems to be the ticket. The walleyes seem to hanging out on any structure they can find in 18-26 FOW. The bite has been pretty good at Sitting Bull, Timber Bay, Oak Creek, and a few anglers have been on the old railroad grade.
