Ice Angler’s are Finding Some Fish

by chamber2387 ~ January 8, 2009

With the Mobridge Chamber Ice Tourney only a few days away, an influx of anglers have been hitting the ice to find the “hot spot” for the weekend.  From verbal reports that we have recieved, there have been a few fish being caught.  Anglers seem to be catching fish from 15-45 feet of water, using castmasters, plain jigs, and bobbers with just a plain hook and minnow.  As for the hot spots, there hasn’t been to much talk on where people have been fishing, but spots range from Oak Creek, Grand River, Deadman’s Bay, and the Moreau River.
