Just wanted to give a little update. We had a meeting this morning and as of now we are planning “as is” do to the scale of the tournament and how many participants we have. We are concerned that we won’t be able to inform everyone. We will be monitoring conditions very closely. If there are concerns of not being able to get here at 5:30, we have our Expo open at 11 and close at 3. You can check in during those times.
We are requiring that you “check-in” prior to tomorrow morning. One team member can do this for the team, and there is ample time today to do that. For the major prizes we will require the participants to be present to win. This has been a mainstay of the rules and we felt that we needed to stick with that.
Our launch will still be scheduled at 9 am, but we are extending the “final” time to pick up the buckets until 10.
In order to keep/hold the guaranteed spot for the 2014 the committee is requiring the team to “check-in” and get their buckets Saturday.
